Refund Policy

At NOVÉA, we are committed to providing a high-quality concierge experience. Due to the nature of our services, all fees are subject to the following policy.

 

Consultation Fees
Consultation fees are non-refundable. This service includes time, guidance, and personalized support provided at the time of booking.

 

Full Concierge Services
Fees for Full Concierge services are non-refundable once the service has begun. This includes provider research, coordination, and planning performed on behalf of the client.

 

Third-Party Services
Payments made to third-party providers, including clinics, doctors, travel services, or accommodations, are separate from NOVÉA and are subject to the policies of those providers. NOVÉA is not responsible for refunds, cancellations, or changes related to third-party services.

 

Cancellations
Clients may cancel their services at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for services already provided.

 

Exceptions
Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of NOVÉA.
